How to add an event? That is, once you receive a request from a customer for appointment, you might accept,
decline
or confirm it. |

When you receive a request:
Go to the Booking Engine page, navigate
to the month or week for which the
appointment or booking request is made.
Double Click on the date box. |
| |

Following pop-up box would open when
you click on the date box. It would show
details like Type, Time, Comment, Number
Required, Name, Email/Mobile and at last,
the Add Event button. Once
you click the Add Event button, this parti
cular event would show in the date box
along with the text you entered in the
Comments text box. |

When the box opens, as in the previous
image, you have two options, Booking and
Task, just adjacent to the Type section. If
you choose your Type as Task, then the
following window would open. |

You can know status of the Requested
booking, declined booking and confirmed
bookings, using the buttons given with the
respective names at the bottom left of the page. |
